Welcome! PresetsForModeler.com is operated by Guitar Skin di Aldo Pellegrini (“we,” “our”). We provide digital guitar presets through our Shopify-powered store (the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy
1. Account & Access
You must be of legal age to use the Services. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Accounts are non-transferable.
2. Products
Our products are digital content delivered via download or Cloud. Colors, sounds, or appearances may vary by device. Product descriptions may change at any time.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion. Orders are confirmed only after payment is processed. Purchases are for personal use only. Refunds follow our Refund Policy [LINK].
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices may change without notice. Payment details must be accurate and valid. You authorize charges to your selected payment method including taxes and fees.
5. Shipping
No physical shipping is provided; all products are digital downloads.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials are owned by Guitar Skin di Aldo Pellegrini or licensors. You may use Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use may violate copyright or trademark law.

Optional third-party tools and links may be provided “as is.” We are not responsible for content, products, or services from third parties. Use at your own risk.
8. Shopify Relationship
Sales are conducted with PresetsForModeler.com. Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and our store.

We collect and process personal data according to our Privacy policy Some data may be shared with Shopify or third-party services.
10. Feedback
By submitting feedback, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use it. You are responsible for your submissions and may not violate third-party rights.
11. Errors & Omissions
We may correct errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or availability without notice.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services for illegal activities, harassment, spam, malware distribution, or any activity that interferes with others’ use. Violations may result in account termination.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Belluno, Italy.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
