This website is operated by Guitar Skin di Aldo Pellegrini, with registered office at Via Sandro Pertini 50, 32020 Limana (BL) – Italy, VAT No. IT01177190251, e-mail: guitarskin@presetsformodeler.com.

The platform is built on Shopify and is intended for the online sale of guitar presets. Presets are digital files that enable the configuration of sounds within sound modeling devices (modelers/profilers).

2. Nature of Products

The products sold on this website are digital content provided via download or shared through the Cloud. They are not physical goods.

Once the purchase has been completed, the user will receive either a direct download link for the purchased preset or instructions on how to access it from the Cloud.

3. Intellectual Property

All presets, textual content, images, logos, and any other material on this website are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the site owner.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of the presets is strictly prohibited.

4. Refund Policy

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content delivered on a non-material medium (such as downloadable files), once the execution has begun with the consumer’s express consent.

Therefore, no refunds are provided for presets once they have been downloaded.

5. Liability

The owner is not liable for any incompatibility between the purchased presets and the user’s devices/modelers. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before making a purchase.

However, for any technical issues, support is available by e-mail at service@presetsformodeler.com, and assistance will be provided to help resolve installation difficulties.

6. Personal Data Processing

The data collected through this website (name, e-mail, payment details) will be processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
