Diritto di recesso e rimborsi

Ai sensi della Direttiva Europea 2011/83/UE (recepita in Italia dal D.Lgs. 21/2014) e delle normative sui diritti dei consumatori, il diritto di recesso non si applica ai contenuti digitali forniti mediante un supporto non materiale (ad esempio download di file, preset, software), una volta che l’esecuzione è iniziata con il consenso espresso del consumatore.

Pertanto, acquistando un prodotto digitale sul nostro store (es. preset per chitarra, file scaricabili), il cliente accetta espressamente che:

  • L’accesso immediato al contenuto digitale esclude il diritto di recesso.

  • Non sono previsti rimborsi dopo l’avvenuto download o accesso al prodotto.

In caso di problemi tecnici con il download o di file corrotti/non funzionanti, ci impegniamo a fornire assistenza per permettere al cliente di accedere correttamente al contenuto acquistato.

 

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree 21/2014) and consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-material medium (such as file downloads, presets, or software), once the execution has started with the consumer’s explicit consent.

By purchasing a digital product from our store (e.g., guitar presets, downloadable files), the customer expressly agrees that:

  • Immediate access to the digital content excludes the right of withdrawal.

  • Refunds are not available once the download or access to the product has been provided.

In case of technical issues with the download, corrupted files, or malfunctioning content, we will provide support to ensure the customer can properly access the purchased product.
