FAQ - How to receive and install your Preset

Hi, if you're here it's because you have some doubts.

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a READ ME file containing all the information you need to download and install your preset.

Most modelers expect you to receive the preset immediately after confirmation, others, like Quad Cortex , require a manual operation to share the file via Cortex Cloud . This operation may take some time.

THE PRESET SOUNDS NOT LIKE THE VIDEO.
All presets sent are the ones you hear in the video. Different guitars, pickups, and playing styles mean there may be differences.
Even hearing the sound in the mix or alone can make you hear differences.
You can always add an EQ block to the effects chain or modify the one you find. We recommend saving the original preset to always have a starting point.
Keep in mind that all the sounds you hear in the videos were recorded directly without any additional filters. What you hear is what you get.

I CAN'T LOAD THE PRESET
Make sure you have the latest firmware version available for your modeler and carefully follow the instructions in the Read Me file.
